Founded in 2001 by Dr. Michael Carter as an offshoot of the Vero Beach Choral Society. The non-profit Treasure Coast Chorale’s mission is to share the love of choral music.

Celebrating Milestones in Life and Song...Join the Treasure Coast Chorale as we commemorate our 25th anniversary season with a joyful celebration of the moments that define our lives and the music that brings us together.
MEET OUR DIRECTOR
Dr. Carter has been the minister of music since September 1996 for the First Baptist Church of Vero Beach, Dr. Carter is responsible for its entire music program, overseeing choirs for children, youth and adults, as well as a hand-bell choirs and including the church’s annual presentation of Handel’s Messiah first performed in 1970.
JOIN US SINGING
The Chorale invites those who love to sing experience it’s quality programs in a fun, welcoming, and relaxed environment, no audition required. Simply attend or observe a rehearsal! Dr. Carter is highly skilled at helping you find your voice and place in the Chorale.
Chorale membership is $75.00 per season and students are FREE and can receive community service hours/volunteer credits toward their graduation.
WHERE WE MEET
Starting the first Monday after Labor Day annually (Sept. 14, 2026) and concluding after its final performance in May, rehearsals are held Monday evenings from 7-8:30 PM at the Music Ministry Center at the First Baptist Church of Vero Beach at 2206 16th Ave., Vero Beach. (Across from the main library.)
